At MCBC, we love sharing Marin’s spectacular trails, roads and bike-friendly communities. So, we’re hosting monthly rides showcasing some of our favorite places to ride, including those that highlight MCBC’s successful efforts (enabled by your support!), and future plans to make Marin an even better place to ride a bike.
MCBC is also working with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) to promote, create, and lead group rides across the Richmond – San Rafael Bridge. With varying starting points at or near SMART stations, ferry terminals, etc., the goal of these rides is to show riders just how fun and easy it is to utilize this awesome piece of bike infrastructure to get between Marin and the East Bay. MCBC’s Bridge Ride series will be led by staff and volunteer instructors that are certified by the League of American Bicyclists. Check out our Event Calendar and join us for a bridge ride soon! You can also learn more about MTC’s Richmond – San Rafael Forward campaign here.
These fun rides are a chance to ride with MCBC, tell us what’s on your mind, and hear a little about what’s ahead. And afterward, we’ll get a chance to connect over drinks!
Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram, tag @marinbike, and use #ExperienceMCBC for a chance to win cool stuff and get a special shout-out!
